Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your air purification purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • In the original packaging with all accessories included
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used filters or consumable items
  • Items damaged by misuse or negligence
  • Items without original packaging
  • Custom or personalized items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Include the return authorization number on the package
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first. We will provide instructions for returning the original item and processing the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
